At M. Hampo Consulting, we wholeheartedly believe in the power of women's leadership and their essential but often untapped role in creating meaningful change. An analysis of IRS data by the Women’s and Girls Index finds that less than two percent of all philanthropic giving is directed to women-focused organizations; we’ve made changing this ratio a business challenge as well as a personal passion.
